Taiwan Birth Certificate translation, for US immigration 台灣出生證明翻譯公證

申請美國綠卡: 台灣出生證明翻譯公證.

There are two forms of birth documents that are acceptable for US green card application purpose: hospital birth certificate (出生證明) that was filed with the Household Registration Office; or your Household Registration Transcript birth record notation (戶籍出生記事).

For US green card application, the birth document needs to be translated to English, and get notarized by a U.S. Notary Public.

Not all USCIS immigration offices accept Taiwan's English version of Household Registration Transcript issued by Taiwan Household Registration Office.  Our customers after rejection of the document, asked for our services for translating and notarizing the traditional Chinese language Household Registration Transcript (戶籍謄本).

Update: during year 2018 and 2019, our customers have been giving us feedback for USCIS requires both Taiwan Birth Certificate and Household Registration Transcript (戶籍謄本) when filing for green card application.
