英文結婚證書需要翻譯成中文, 公證, 並完成經文處文件證明程序.

When a citizen from Taiwan ROC married a US citizen, for updating Taiwan Household Registry purpose, you will need to have the US Marriage Certificate translated and notarized.

After it's translated and notarized, bring the original Marriage Certificate and the translated/notarized document set to TECO office in US, to perform document verification.

You will also need your US spouse to sign a name translation declaration agreement form for his/her name translation.

Both the document verification form and the name declaration agreement form can be downloaded from TECO web site.
